KELAI: Quality Cookware Production Line, Cookware Making Machine Manufacturer From China
The production process of hot-rolled aluminum discs mainly includes: selecting high-purity aluminum ingots or aluminum alloys for smelting (700-750℃) and casting ingots, preheating at 500-700℃ and then performing multiple hot rolling (rough rolling to 8-12mm, finishing rolling to 0.8-6.0mm), the rolling process needs to maintain a temperature ≥400℃ and control the roller gap accuracy (±0.1mm); rapid cooling (water mist/air cooling) and straightening after rolling, and then forming discs (burrs ≤0.05mm) through hydraulic stamping, and optional anodizing to improve surface performance, and finally moisture-proof packaging after strict size (thickness tolerance ±0.03mm) and surface quality (Ra≤0.8μm) testing. The core control points include rolling temperature, cooling rate (≤50℃/min) and stamping parameter optimization, and the whole process requires real-time monitoring such as infrared temperature measurement and laser thickness measurement.
