Automatic ultrasonic cleaning and drying line is an automated equipment designed for batch processing of oil, residue and oxide layer on the surface of aluminum or stainless steel products, such as pots, plates, knives and forks, kettles, etc. This line is equipped with degreasing and dewaxing area, rinsing area, fan water cutting area and drying area, with a cleaning pass rate of 99% and a processing speed of 300-800 pieces/hour. The touch screen operation interface supports one-key adjustment of parameters.
