What causes the four-column hydraulic press to move slowly?

1. There is gas in the hydraulic cylinder. The cleaning method is to carry out the exhaust operation through the exhaust device, and check whether there is air sucked into the sealing ring at the repeated movement position of the hydraulic cylinder. If there is, the sealing ring may be faulty and the sealing ring should be replaced.

2. Check whether the hydraulic pump is operating normally. If the hydraulic pump runs irregularly, the pump rotation is blocked or slightly seized, it indicates that the problem lies in the hydraulic pump, and the hydraulic pump needs to be repaired and replaced with a new one.

3. Check the working condition of the piston. When a four-column hydraulic cylinder is started in reverse, the piston often stops or goes backwards temporarily. This is because the orifice of the throttle valve is too small, and there is too little oil entering the cache chamber, or even a vacuum. This kind of failure should increase the throttle valve nozzle.

4. When the piston moves at a high speed, the steel ball of the throttle valve follows the flow, causing the valve hole to become blocked and causing irregular movement of the hydraulic cylinder. Disassembly method: Replace the steel ball with a poppet valve with a pilot valve.

5. The hydraulic cylinder is not flexible. The inner layer of the rubber hose detaches, causing the oil passage to open and close, causing the hydraulic cylinder to move irregularly. Cleaning method: Replace rubber hose.

6. One of the reasons why the four-column hydraulic press moves slowly is that the hydraulic cylinder bears a certain lateral load. Cleaning method: The same cleaning method as if the hydraulic cylinder cannot move.
