1. Air enters the single-column hydraulic press system. The root cause is a leak in the hydraulic transmission system.

If so, you can add hydraulic oil. Rocker hydraulic seals and accessories, and clean and replace primary filter.
2. The initial relative speed of the hydraulic cylinder of the four-column hydraulic machine is relatively slow. In high temperature environments, the hydraulic oil has high viscosity and poor fluidity, which may cause the hydraulic cylinder to move slowly.
Solution: Replace the hydraulic oil with stronger viscosity and temperature characteristics, and in low-temperature environments, it can be heated by an electric heater or the four-column hydraulic press itself to increase the hydraulic oil environment temperature during operation.
3. The valve hole of the single-arm hydraulic machine is blocked or the valve plug is stuck. When the valve core of the flow valve or directional valve is stuck or the valve hole is blocked, the hydraulic cylinder is very prone to failure.
Solution: In this case, you should check the contamination of the hydraulic oil, check whether waste or colloid accumulation has stuck the valve plug or block the valve hole, and check the wear degree of the oil circuit board.
4. The piston and cylinder of the single-column hydraulic press are stuck together, or the hydraulic cylinder is blocked.
Solution: At this time, no matter what the operating mode is, the hydraulic cylinder will not move or moves very slightly. It should be checked whether the piston and piston rod seals of the four-column hydraulic machine are too tight, whether waste and colloid deposits have entered, whether the center lines of the hydraulic cylinder and cylinder are vertically centered, and whether consumable parts and sealing materials are ineffective.
5. The pressure of the hydraulic control system of the four-column hydraulic press is too low, the friction resistance of the throttle valve in the control pipeline may be relatively large, the flow valve adjustment is unreasonable, there is a problem in controlling the pressure, and the bad mood is disturbed, etc.
