The hydraulic system pipeline oil tank of the hydraulic press is relatively clean, and the cleaning oil can be used with the viscosity of the working fluid. If the system is found to be unclean, the cleaning may be cleaned with slightly lower viscosity oil. The coarse filter, after flushing for a period of time, gradually switches to a fine mesh oil filter, a gradient filter. The cleaning time is set for eight hours to a day. Every half an hour, open the machine hydraulic oil filter for cleaning, and gradually replace the fine mesh filter and wash it. After the hydraulic system of the hydraulic press is cleaned, add a new hydraulic working oil, and the cleaning oil is removed. A new hydraulic oil should be added immediately and tested for a short time to prevent corrosion of the hydraulic press pipeline and other adverse effects. Exclude the cleaning oil cleaning as much as possible, including pumps, valves, pipelines, and accumulated cleaning oil in the cooler. Loosen the pipeline, blow with compressed air, or add working oil to take away the cleaning oil.
