The working principle and primary use of Straightening Hydraulic Press

- 11/09/2021 -

Hydraulic press is a machine that uses static pressure to process metal, plastic, rubber, wood, powder and other products. Commonly used in casting, stamping, cold extrusion, straightening, bending, flanging, deep drawing, powder metallurgy, stamping and other stamping processes and forming processes. Working principle of hydraulic press: Its principle is to use Pascal's law and use liquid pressure to transmit machinery, there are many kinds. Of course, the application will also vary according to demand. For example, depending on the type of liquid transport pressure, there are two types of hydraulic presses and hydraulic presses.

1. The hydraulic pump is the driving force of the hydraulic system. The operation of the hydraulic machine is to use the driving force of the pump to make the hydraulic oil enter the cylinder/piston through the hydraulic pipeline.

2. There are several sets of seals in the cylinder/piston that cooperate with each other. One-step seals are not compatible, but they all have the effect of compressing and sealing, so that the hydraulic oil does not flow out.

3. Finally, the hydraulic oil circulates in the oil tank through the one-way valve to make the cylinder/piston work.

The primary purpose of the hydraulic press: The hydraulic press is a machine that uses liquid as the working medium to transfer energy and complete various processes. In addition to the casting structure, the hydraulic press can also be used for correction, restriction, packaging, briquetting, pressing and so on. Hydraulic presses include hydraulic presses and hydraulic presses. The liquid that uses water as the working medium is called hydraulic press, and the liquid that uses oil as the working medium is called hydraulic press. The specifications of hydraulic presses are generally indicated by additional operating force (kN) or additional tonnage (tons). Most of the casting hydraulic presses are large-tonnage hydraulic presses. In order to reduce the size of the equipment, large-scale casting hydraulic presses generally use high pressure (about 35MPa), and sometimes use ultra-high pressure above 100MPa. Hydraulic presses for other purposes generally use a working pressure of 6-25 MPa. The tonnage of the hydraulic press is lower than that of the hydraulic press.
