Before installing the column, install the locking nut on it first. Firstly, there will be a place for the board to be tied when hoisting. Secondly, when installing the beam in the future, there is no need to install the locking nut on it. This can improve work efficiency and reduce risks for overhead installers. The order of installing the columns is to install them diagonally. The purpose of this installation is to consider the balance and prevent them from overturning easily. Before hoisting the piles, the four landing points under the columns must be protected and padded with cork to prevent them from poking the cement floor. After all four columns are installed on the sliders, use a crane to hoist the columns for installation. When sliding open the four holes, be sure to pay attention because they are all collisions between iron and iron. Be careful and do not remove the parts on the columns. If the threads are damaged or bent, it is best to use cork pads under the columns to prevent the threads under the columns from colliding with the cement floor and causing damage to the threads. Generally, the Four Column hydraulic press has a lower top cylinder. Then we hoist the already made lower top cylinder and install it directly under the workbench. For this installation, we just simply hoist it and put it in place inside the workbench, but not immediately. Pin it up. There are two differences here. If the height of the workbench is higher than the height of the lower top cylinder, we can install it so that it cannot be touched during installation and transportation. If the workbench is shorter and the column below is longer, this way During installation and transportation, the lower ejector cylinder will extend out of the workbench, which is easy to be touched during installation, hoisting and transportation. Therefore, when the height of the workbench is less than the length of the lower ejector rod, it cannot be installed on site. It must be During installation during debugging, after installing the lower jack cylinder under the workbench, place the four locking nuts next to the workbench, and wait until the four upright columns and sliders are hoisted directly above the workbench. When tying, you must pay attention. The four columns and the slider must be hoisted in a very positive position, that is to say, they must be horizontal. In this way, we ensure that the four columns are on the same plane and slowly inserted into the four holes of the workbench. go.

The next task is to install the upper beam. The installation of the upper beam is also technically difficult. First of all, when hoisting, the absolute level of the upper beam must be ensured, and the four holes of the upper beam must accurately cover the tops of the four columns. , and then slowly move down to the 4 locking nuts that have been installed, and then tighten the 4 locking nuts at the top of the 4 columns, so that the upper beam is installed.
