The main causes of pressure fluctuations in hydraulic presses
1. The screw that adjusts the pressure causes the locking nut to loosen due to vibration, causing pressure fluctuations;
2. The hydraulic oil is not clean and contains some dust, which makes the main valve core slide inflexibly, resulting in irregular pressure changes and sometimes the valve gets stuck;
3. The main valve core does not slide smoothly, causing the damping hole to be blocked and open at times.
4. The conical surface of the main valve core and the conical surface of the valve seat are not in good contact and have not been well run-in;
5. The assembly hole of the main valve core is too large and has no damping effect;
6. The pilot valve adjustment spring is bent, resulting in poor contact between the valve core and the poppet valve seat and uneven wear.
Solutions to pressure fluctuations caused by hydraulic presses;
1. Clean the hydraulic tank and pipelines regularly, and filter the hydraulic oil entering the tank and pipeline system.
2. If there is a filter in the pipeline, the secondary filter element should be added, or the filtration accuracy of the secondary element should be replaced, the valve components should be disassembled and cleaned, and replaced with clean hydraulic oil.
3. Repair or replace unqualified parts;
4. Appropriately reduce the damping hole diameter of the hydraulic press
