When vibration or crawling occurs, it is most likely due to the air mixed into the oil cylinder and cannot operate normally. To discharge the air from the oil cylinder as soon as possible, the method is to install an exhaust device.

       For hydraulic cylinders with low requirements for four-column hydraulic presses, there is generally no special exhaust device, but the oil ports are installed at both ends of the cylinder barrel, so that the air can be discharged to the oil tank with the oil and then flow out, but for the speed A hydraulic press with high stability should be specially equipped with an exhaust device. It is generally installed at the height of the hydraulic cylinder. The exhaust plug is secured at the height of the cylinder head of the four-column hydraulic cylinder. When exhausting, loosen the screw and move back and forth several times throughout the entire stroke. When you see the oil draining out, tighten the screw again.

       We all know that the air mixed into the cylinder of the four-column hydraulic press will lead to the phenomenon of crawling. Of course, the quality of the seal is also directly related to the crawling. When the internal parts of the hydraulic cylinder are improperly assembled, deformed, worn or the tolerance exceeds the limit, the action resistance is too large. , so that the speed of the piston of the hydraulic cylinder changes with the stroke position, resulting in slippage or crawling; the piston of the hydraulic press, the cylinder barrel, the guide rail, etc. are all relatively moving, and the wear will be aggravated when the lubrication is poor or the hole diameter of the hydraulic cylinder is out of tolerance. Reduce the straightness of the cylinder center line, so everyone must take measures to prevent air from entering the four-column, and check and maintain regularly.
