2. Install the cooler. The cooling water must be circulating water below 20°C, and the water quality should be softened. River water and river water are prohibited, otherwise a layer of calcium-containing substances will accumulate on the inner and outer surfaces of the cooler, which will affect the cooling effect. When the cooling effect is poor, the cooler can be disassembled, soaked in 10% hydrochloric acid solution for 5 minutes, then rinsed with water, and reassembled for use.
3. Install the oil filter. The hydraulic press has a main hydraulic pump. There is an 80μ oil filter at the suction port of the main pump. There is a 10μ oil filter at the oil outlet of the main pump. There is a 30μ oil return filter in the auxiliary oil tank. Pay attention to whether the filter element is blocked. , it should be replaced in time when it is clogged, otherwise the main pump will be sucked in and the main pump will be damaged. The oil filter base must be clean when replacing the filter element. Under normal use, the filter element is usually replaced every 1,000 hours.
