1. The installation method of single-column hydraulic oil filter in the hydraulic system mainly depends on its purpose. In order to filter out waste from the gear oil source to protect the hydraulic oil pump, a crude oil filter should be installed in the oil suction pipeline; in order to protect important hydraulic parts, an essential oil filter should be installed in front; other oil filters should be installed in the low-pressure circuit pipe On the road.

2. Pay attention to the liquid position marked on the oil filter housing. Do not install it upside down, otherwise, the filter element may be flushed down and cause system contamination.

3. When installing a mesh oil filter on the oil suction pipe of the hydraulic oil pump, the bottom edge of the mesh oil filter cannot be too close to the plastic suction pipe mouth of the hydraulic oil pump, otherwise, oil removal may be blocked. The scientific and reasonable distance is 2/3 of the oil filter mesh height. The oil filter must be fully penetrated below the oil level, so that hydraulic oil can enter the oil pipeline from all directions and the filtering device can be flexibly used.

4. When cleaning the metal braided square mesh filter element, you can use a soft brush to clean it in car gasoline. And clean high-precision filter element components. Use clean cleaning fluid or detergent. Special wire mesh and stainless steel fiber sintered felt can be cleaned using ultrasonic cleaning or liquid reverse cleaning. After cleaning the filter core components, the filter core port number should be plugged to prevent dirt from entering the filter core cavity.

5. When the oil filter pressure difference indicator shows a bright red signal, clean or replace the filter element in time.
