Limitation of hydraulic press to increase heating speed
1. The heating temperature of tube blank should be appropriate and average, so as to avoid various defects caused by improper heating, reduce the consumption of tools and rolling energy, and improve the production rate and quality of tube blank heating of hydraulic press. The faster the heating speed of the hydraulic press, the shorter the time to reach the predetermined heating temperature, which can reduce the burning rate of the tube blank and improve the production rate of the heating furnace.
The so-called heating speed is the speed at which the temperature of the hydraulic press tube blank rises when heating. The heating temperature of the tube blank should be determined according to the temperature range that is most conducive to the plastic deformation of the metal.
2. Thermal conductivity of hydraulic press metal and thermal stress during heating at the initial stage of heating, the surface and central temperature of the tube blank are inconsistent, and the internal and external temperature of the tube blank can be averaged only by internal heat conduction of the metal.
