How to deal with the loss of hydraulic press?
On the one hand, it can be considered that the hydraulic press can increase the storage capacity of liquid elasticity. Generally speaking, the height of the oil in the hydraulic cylinder is inversely proportional to the elastic potential energy stored therein. Therefore, when the machine suddenly loses load, it can be placed on the working platform and under the machine. Add a backing plate between the gaps in the mold to move the working stroke of the beam upward, and then lower the height of the oil in the cylinder.
Or add a movable pad in the gap between the hydraulic cylinder piston and the beam. When the machine moves downward, the piston and the beam can fall synchronously. However, after pressurization, the piston will rise first due to the effect of the cushion block, which has the effect of increasing the storage capacity of the liquid's elastic potential energy. It is precisely because the height of the hydraulic oil has dropped that the energy will not be released suddenly, and the problem of load loss can also be alleviated.
In order to solve the problem of sudden loss of load of the hydraulic press, energy can also be released from other channels, so that the high and low pressure liquid in the hydraulic cylinder can be quickly removed from the surrounding area. Although this treatment method is effective, it requires the operator to be highly sensitive to the machine to avoid damage to the machine.
Adding a buffer pad under the hydraulic press can buffer the machine and reduce machine vibration, and some energy will be consumed on the buffer pad, effectively reducing damage to the machine.
