1. Since the hydraulic cylinder stores a large amount of energy during operation, it will release and cause vibration. Thickening the pad on the workbench and reducing the storage of liquid elastic compression energy in the working cylinder can reduce vibration. Installing a pad of a certain thickness between the workbench and the lower mold of the equipment, the working stroke of the moving beam moves upward to reduce the volume of the upper chamber of the working cylinder when the load is suddenly lost, which in turn reduces the stored liquid elastic energy;

In Four Column hydraulic A one-way throttle valve is installed on the hydraulic control oil line of the hydraulic control one-way valve of the Press, and the gap of the throttle valve controlling the hydraulic control flow is adjusted to reduce the movement speed of the control piston, prolong the opening time of the main valve of the hydraulic control one-way valve, and first push open the small unloading valve on the main valve core and then push open the main valve. Only by extending the pressure relief time can the impact of impact and vibration be eliminated;

Third, the working cylinder and the plunger are evenly divided into two sections, upper and lower, by using a series plunger. When the idle stroke is downward, the upper and lower plungers and the movable beam are lowered together. After contacting the workpiece, the upper cylinder oil discharge port will be closed, and the upper chamber of the lower cylinder will enter the pressure oil and the lower chamber will discharge the oil, pushing the plunger and the movable beam to press down together. When the load is suddenly lost, the upper cylinder plunger remains motionless, and the lower chamber plunger generates a downward impulse. The plunger stroke does not require a lot of energy, and the upper chamber volume of the lower cylinder is relatively small, so the elasticity of the Four Column hydraulic Press stored liquid is relatively small, which also reduces the vibration of the impact.
