  Upper beam, worktable, oil cylinder, four-column or frame or single-arm mechanism, slider, limit device, etc., the following describes their functions one by one:

  1. Large parts such as upper beams, worktables, and sliders are steel welded parts, which are optimized by computer. Their strength, rigidity, structure, and deformation resistance all meet the standards and requirements for use, and have sufficient safety factors; carbon dioxide is used. Gas shielded welding and manual arc welding can meet the requirements of welding quality and eliminate internal stress.

  2. Slide block: steel plate welded parts of box-shaped structure, the guide sleeve material at the four-column guide hole is QT cast iron, which has good wear resistance and precision retention. There is a T-shaped groove on the lower plane of the slider for installing the mold.

  3. Upper beam: The steel plate welded part of the box-shaped structure is equipped with a main working oil cylinder and a liquid-filled oil tank on it.

  4. Workbench: Steel plate welded structural parts, connected with the upper beam and the slider through the column to form the main engine.

  5. Oil cylinder: It adopts five-cylinder design and is arranged in the hole of the upper beam. It is sealed with double imported sealing rings. The guide part is treated with welded copper, which is well sealed and has strong wear resistance. The material of the oil cylinder body is No. 45 forged steel. Grade 3 (GB/13315-1991) forgings passed ultrasonic flaw detection and passed the quenching and tempering treatment hardness.

  6. There is an ejection device under the worktable, which is mainly used for ejection, material withdrawal and other processes, and can also be used for the forming process of reverse stretching parts.

  7. Column: The material is 45# forged steel, which is quenched and tempered, and the surface is plated with hard chrome to increase the wear resistance and the hardness is qualified.

  8. The nut material is 45# forged steel, which matches the thread on the column and locks the body.

  9. Limiting device: It is located on the right side of the main body. The travel switch controls the upper and lower limit positions. Adjusting the upper and lower limit switches means adjusting the up and down movement position of the slider.
