Correct operating standards for four-column hydraulic presses

1. Add the gear oil of the four-column hydraulic machine to a specific liquid level.
2. Connect the external power supply according to the circuit diagram, start the four-column hydraulic oil pump, and adjust the rotation direction.

3. In an emergency, the four-column hydraulic press can be stopped by pressing the [Change] switch. The working speed of the machine tool can be adjusted by the speed regulating valve.

4. The automatic mode is controlled by an external time relay. The time relay of the four-column hydraulic machine contains 2 sets of timing adjustments and 2 sets of time replacement on and off. If you want to use the automatic function, you need to unplug the foot switch on the circuit board of the four-column hydraulic machine, then plug in the timer, and then select the [Start Automatic] switch to Automatic and the [Hand Press Foot] switch to Foot step.
