3. Because there is an error in the relevant dimensions of the equipment foundation, it is necessary to make fine adjustments after the equipment is in place to ensure that the pump suction pipe is in a horizontal and straight docking state.

4. For valves installed with flanges, the fixing screws should not be screwed too close, and should be determined according to the detailed requirements of the product. Because it is too tight, sometimes it will lead to poor sealing of the joint or single-sided compression.

5. The installation of the hydraulic cylinder should consider the influence of expansion. When the stroke is large and the temperature is high, it is necessary to ensure that a section of the cylinder floats. At the same time, the sealing ring of the hydraulic cylinder should not be installed too tightly, it is a u-line sealing ring, so as not to cause working resistance too big

6. The oil discharge port of the fuel tank and the sewage discharge port of the oil pan of various devices should be considered during the fine-tuning of the equipment, and should be the lowest point when the equipment is in a horizontal state.

7. When installing hydraulic components and equipment, all components and equipment need to be tested for pressure and sealing. The installed equipment should be properly protected to prevent on-site dirt contamination of the system.

8. After the equipment is adjusted in place, it is usually necessary to pour concrete under the base of the hydraulic equipment, that is, secondary grouting
